The Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting has devastated a community, and as people from towns and cities across the country and the world have watched this senseless tragedy unfold, our feelings of helplessness devastate us as well. Although no one can take away the horror felt by this unspeakable act, BMI songwriter Tim James has managed to use the power of music to try to help comfort the families and friends of the victims with his song: “We Care.” The poignant and beautiful work has received more than 3,000 YouTube views in less than a week—and it continues to spread. Along with a powerful feature on Right This Minute TV, Tim’s heartfelt song is being played across radio stations such as KSKE Ski Country and KICKS 99. We encourage all to share its message.
