The 2013 BMI Christian Awards Scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, in Nashville

WHAT:
• Broadcast Music, Inc.® (BMI)®, a global leader in music rights management, will honor the top songs played on Christian radio during the past year at the BMI Christian Awards on Tuesday, June 18, in Nashville.
• The annual invitation-only event will salute the songwriters and publishers of the past year’s most performed Christian rock, contemporary Christian, inspirational, southern and urban gospel songs on U.S. Christian radio. The BMI Christian Song, Songwriter and Publisher of the Year will also be named during the ceremony.
• The 2013 BMI Christian Awards will be hosted by BMI Vice President of Writer/Publisher Relations Nashville, Jody Williams, and Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations, Leslie Roberts.

The 2013 BMI Christian Awards will honor the top artists in Christian music and feature performances by:

• Brandon Heath
• Building 429

• Reception begins at 6:00 p.m.; dinner begins at 6:45 p.m.
