BMI to Sponsor Athens Intensified Festival October 7-10

BMI has proudly signed on as a sponsor of the Athens Intensified Festival, a three-day music festival to be held in Athens, Georgia, showcasing highly curated artists. Founded in 2012, the festival scatters selected artists around the city in top venues; giving fans a chance to check out a diverse range of acts across multiple genres. Past BMI songwriters to grace the stages of Athens Intensified include electronic psych-rockers Silver Apples and experimental indie duo Cibo Matto, while Polaris, the indie rock band formed to compose for the 1990’s TV show The Adventures of Pete & Pete, and emotional pop-rock band The Love Language are slated to play the 2015 edition.
