The first CMA/BMI Sponsored Country Music Conference took place at The Newport Bay Club in Disneyland Paris last month. The event, which was also sponsored by Disney Media and others, was attended by more than 70 delegates from all over Europe, including broadcasters, managers, publishers and promoters, with the express aim of bringing together key individuals to promote Country Music throughout Europe.
