June 23, 2009 BMI’s Anne Cecere (left) moderated an in-depth discussion about video game music composition with composer Cris Velasco (right) on Thursday, June 11 at the Los Angeles Film School and Los Angeles Recording School. With his collaborator and fellow BMI composer Sascha Dikiciyan, Cris has scored more than 20 video games, including Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, Splinter Cell: Double Agent and G.I. Joe. The pair’s latest score can be heard in Activision’s newest game, PROTOTYPE, which hit stores this week.
