BMI Presents Million-Air Certificates to Hit-Maker Marv Green - September 2009

September 23, 2009 BMI recently honored Marv Green with a stack of Million-Air certificates recognizing a jaw-dropping total of 12 million performances: Green’s “Amazed,” recorded by Lonestar, has amassed more than 6 million performances; “True,” recorded by George Strait, has earned more than 2 million; while “Proud of the House We Built,” cut by Brooks & Dunn, “Wasted,” recorded by Carrie Underwood, “Let’s Make Love,” delivered by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and “It Just Comes Natural,” recorded by George Strait, have generated more than 1 million performances each. Celebrating Marv Green’s Million-Air awards at Cantina Laredo are BMI’s Beth Mason and David Preston; Warner-Tamerlane’s Phil May, Alecia Pruitt, and B.J.
