Carrie Underwood Celebrates 11th Trip to the Top
Carrie Underwood’s “Cowboy Casanova” recently soared to the top of the charts, so BMI orchestrated an intimate luncheon at The Palm Restaurant to help the multi-platinum-selling superstar celebrate. Co-written by Underwood, Brett James, and Mike Elizondo, the song marks Underwood’s 11th consecutive chart-topper, as well as her fourth that she has co-composed. The first artist in the history of country music to debut with 11 consecutive #1 singles, Underwood released her third album, Play On, late last year.
