July 20, 2010 The Conclave Annual Learning Conference recently celebrated its 35th anniversary by looking back on three decades of hits with a trio of perennial BMI favorites: Orleans frontman Larry Hoppen, BMI Icon John Oates, and Better Than Ezra lead singer and songwriter Kevin Griffin. The intimate performance featured smash after smash, including “Still the One,” “Dance with Me,” “Maneater,” “She’s Gone,” “Good,” and “Collide.” The Conclave is one of the premier remaining conferences in the U.S. that focuses on radio programming. Pictured after the show are Conclave Board Chair Mark Bolke, Oates, Hoppen, Conclave Executive Director Tom Kay, BMI’s Dan Spears, and Griffin.
