Manuel Eduardo Toscano Joins BMI Family Manuel Eduardo Toscano recently stopped by BMI’s Los Angeles office to meet with BMI’s Delia Orjuela and Marissa Lopez and officially become a part of the BMI family. Toscano has written songs recorded by Vicente Fernandez, Los Tigres del Norte, Alejandro Fernandez, Jenni Rivera, and Paquita Del Barrio, among others.
