Nashville Songwriters Feted During Annual NSAI Dinner
BMI songwriters collected award after award during the annual NSAI and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame dinner in Nashville. Steve Cropper was inducted into the NSAI Hall of Fame; Bob DiPiero, Jim Collins, and Wynn Varble were all commended for penning one of the 11 “Songs I Wish I had Written”; Layng Martine helped salute former BMI President & CEO Frances Preston; and Paul Overstreet had the honor of inducting the late Paul Davis into the Hall.
