At “An Evening with Jimmy Webb,” the second of three nights of inaugural programs in celebration of the opening of The Songwriters Hall of Fame Gallery at The Grammy Museum, featured the iconic songwriter performing his own songs and a question session with music journalist/historian Paul Grein. Following the program, a group of notable well-wishers joined the "Wichita Lineman" composer at the piano. Standing (from left): songwriter Paul Williams, Billy Davis of The Fifth Dimension (Webb wrote the group's blockbuster hit "Up, Up and Away"); Valerie Simpson; Nick Ashford; Hal David; and Paul Grien. Pictured with Webb on the piano bench is Marilyn McCoo of the Fifth Dimension.
