November 4, 2010 BMI’s John Boyter was recognized by the Nashville Technology Council during their annual awards gala, held Thursday, October 28 in Music City. Each year, the gala honors individuals and companies whose success has helped grow Nashville into a nationally recognized hub for technology. Boyter, who was most recently lead programmer for the reengineering of BMI’s royalty statement system, was the runner-up for the peer-voted 2010 Software Programmer/Engineer of the Year Award.
