Emily Shackelton Inks Deal with Liz Rose Music
Songwriter Emily Shackelton has signed with Liz Rose Music. Shackelton earned the BMI Foundation John Lennon Scholarship Award for her song “Goodbye” in 2007, while Liz Rose Music founder Liz Rose is the most recent recipient of the BMI Country Song of the Year award for “You Belong With Me,” which she co-wrote with Taylor Swift.
