James House Flies High with ‘Broken Wing’
BMI recently saluted songwriter James House, whose song “A Broken Wing,” recorded by Martina McBride, has logged more than 2 million performances. Also the writer behind Dwight Yoakam’s “Ain’t That Lonely Yet” and Diamond Rio’s “In a Week or Two,” House released the critically acclaimed EP “Home Part I,” featuring the song “I Love You, Man,” last year.
