BMI recently celebrated the success of the team behind Thompson Square’s first #1 hit, “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not.” Written by songwriting mainstays and good friends Jim Collins and David Lee Murphy, the song marks Collins’s seventh trip to the top of the charts and pushes his songwriting repertoire to over 20 million performances.
