Francisca Valenzuela Stops by BMI
BMI singer/songwriter Francisca Valenzuela has already conquered Chile, and now has her sights set on the U.S. Currently in the midst of her stateside tour, she stopped by BMI’s Los Angeles office to update staffers and perform songs off of her sophomore album, Buen Soldado. The first single, “Que Seria,” was recently the iTunes “Cancion de la Semana” (free download of the week). Soaring after a buzzed-about SXSW debut and performance at BMI’s Noche Bohemia showcase in May, Valenzuela will perform at Austin City Limits Music Festival on September 16.
