Phineas and Ferb recently took over Hollywood Boulevard to celebrate the debut of the feature-length film based on the Disney Channel’s Emmy-winning animated series. Featuring a score written by BMI composer Danny Jacob, Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension earned 7.6 million viewers in its premiere, prompting Nielsen to label it cable’s most-watched film so far this year. The soundtrack, Phineas and Ferb: Across the 1st and 2nd Dimensions, includes end credit track “Kick It Up a Notch,” a crowd-pleasing collaboration between Phineas, Ferb and guitar giant Slash. Pictured at the premiere are BMI’s Anne Cecere, Ferb Fletcher and composer Danny Jacob.
