BMI’s Brandon Bakshi Attends Nokia Music Connects
BMI’s Brandon Bakshi participated in the “Music Publishing – Soon a Reality in India?” panel at the recent Nokia Music Connects Indian Music Forum 2011. Held at the ITC Grand Central in Mumbai, the discussion defined the basic roles of music publishers and discussed how they could influence the music industry in India, where record labels currently take on the responsibilities music publishers traditionally handle.
