January 27, 2012 Well-wishers and behind-the-scenes teams had multiple reasons to celebrate at BMI during the “Crazy Girl” No.1 party on Monday, January 23 in Nashville. Co-written by hit songwriters Liz Rose and Lee Brice, the song was Billboard’s most-played country song of 2011, as well as the first No. 1 for both Eli Young Band and their label, Republic Nashville. Rose now has four No. 1 hits to her credit, while “Crazy Girl” marks Brice’s second chart-topper as a songwriter.
