Lady Antebellum & Dallas Davidson Celebrate Two Chart-Toppers
BMI celebrated the hard work of the team behind two Lady Antebellum No. 1 hits on Monday, January 23 in Nashville. Both “We Owned the Night,” co-written by Dallas Davidson and Lady A’s Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, and “Just a Kiss,” co-written by all three members Lady Antebellum and Davidson, were huge hits for the group last year. Although Davidson has written his fair share of No. 1 songs, “We Owned the Night” and “Just a Kiss” mark his first – and second – trips to the top with Lady Antebellum.
