SCL Hosts Annual Oscar Reception, Celebrates BMI Nominees
The Society of Composers & Lyricists (SCL) hosted its Champagne Reception in association with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Music Branch Governors on Saturday, February 25 at a private residence in Beverly Hills. The gathering was held to honor the music nominees for this year’s Academy Awards, which included composers Alberto Iglesias, Carlinhos Brown, John Williams, and Ludovic Bource.
