June 1, 2012 BMI stopped by Bigger Picture’s Nashville offices to present several Million-Air certificates to longtime BMI songwriter Keith Stegall. Also a top-tier producer, Stegall has over 40 million radio and broadcast performances to his credit as a songwriter, spanning a number of genres. BMI presented two certificates to Stegall honoring two of his biggest hits: “I Do (Cherish You),” recorded by Mark Wills and 98°, which has earned over 4 million performances, and “We’re In This Love Together,” recorded by Al Jarreau, which has accumulated over 3 million performances. Other highlights of Stegall’s extensive songwriting catalogue include Alan Jackson’s “Don’t Rock the Jukebox” and George Strait’s “I Hate Everything.” Pictured are BMI’s Jody Williams, Stegall, and BMI’s Bradley Collins.
