Even If It Breaks Your Heart’ Team Celebrates Topping the Charts
Music Row toasted the crew behind the Eli Young Band’s latest No. 1 hit “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” on Monday, August 20 at CMA. Originally recorded by Will Hoge in 2009, the song – co-written by Hoge and Eric Paslay – is Hoge’s first trip to the top of the charts and Paslay’s second No. 1. For the Eli Young Band, one of country music’s hottest rising groups, “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” marks the second trip to the top of the charts.
