BMI was on hand at the recent Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony to congratulate two of its writers on their career milestones. Legendary songwriter Larry Henley, who wrote Bette Midler’s smash “The Wind Beneath My Wings”, was an inductee, and BMI songwriter Dallas Davidson received the Songwriter of the Year Award. Giving their accolades are BMI’s Perry Howard and BMI’s Jody Williams, here with Henley and Davidson. (Photo by Bev Moser)
