Maia Sharp Shines at Montana Broadcasters Event Blix Street recording artist and BMI songwriter Maia Sharp was on hand to help send long-time Montana Broadcasters Association President Greg Macdonald off in style. Sharp performed at this year’s MBA conference held recently in Big Sky (6/30), where Montana broadcasters said goodbye to MacDonald, who is retiring after 13 years at the helm of the Association. Sharp, who is a successful Triple A artist in her own right, has also written songs for the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Cher, Art Garfunkel and the Dixie Chicks.
