"Beat This Summer" No. 1 party Broadcast Music, Inc. and CMA toasted the team behind Brad Paisley’s summer smash “Beat This Summer” at an early afternoon party on August 20, 2013. Co-written by Luke Laird and Chris DuBois, the song marks Laird’s fourteenth trip to the top of the charts.
