Rob Baird Performs at the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds Fall Conference BMI songwriter and Carnival Music recording artist Rob Baird was the featured entertainment at the National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (ARVC) Fall Conference held recently (11/07/13) in Knoxville, TN. Baird, a Tennessee native, performed a number of songs from his “I’ll Swear It’s The Truth” album, which was released in December 2012.
