BMI L.A.’s ‘Hear It Here First’ Showcase Features Josie Nelson
Fourteen-year-old Minnesota native Josie Nelson gave an intimate performance of self-penned songs, “Temporary Love” and “Being Strong,” at Broadcast Music, Inc.’s Los Angeles office on February 21, 2014, as part of its “Hear it Here First” showcase. Josie, being an avid fan, also covered Norah Jones’ “Don’t Know Why.” Nelson is gaining momentum in the music industry, having just signed with SQE Publishing.
