BMI Shows Support for its Composers at SXSW Film Festival
Pictured at the world premiere of We Like it Like That – The Story of Latin Boogaloo is producer Michael Rucker, BMI songwriter and legendary Latin Boogaloo artist Joe Bataan, BMI’s Anne Cecere and director Mathew Ramirez Warren. Bataan was one of the many artists featured in the film, which brings the sound of Latin music in New York in the early 1960s to the screen.
