May 20, 2015 Members of the University of Southern California’s Scoring for Motion Pictures & Television (SMPTV) graduating class spent two informative days during April and May at the ATMOS mixing studio of Emmy and GRAMMY-winning, 4-time Oscar-nominated recording engineer/mixer Dennis Sands. These BMI-sponsored annual workshops are overseen by BMI’s Vice President of Film/TV Relations, Doreen Ringer-Ross, and Daniel Carlin, Director/Chair of SMPTV.
